The staff was fantastic and very helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the air conditioning and hot water in the room. the location was very convenient and close to everything I wanted to see.

The noise from the outside street made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. there were some cleanliness issues with the room that needed to be addressed.

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, with cultural landmarks and centers located nearby, such as the sultanate. The rooms are clean and nicely prepared, and the staff is very polite and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious, and the air conditioning works great. the rooms have hot water, which is perfect for the cooler days.

Noise from the busy street can be heard, which may cause a slight disturbance for light sleepers.

Nice staff, very welcoming and professional. The cleaning service was great, they kept our room tidy and neat. The hotel was in a great location, close to many restaurants and shops. Plus, there was a lovely veranda outside our room where we could sit and enjoy the Easter weather.

I must say that our stay was not as pleasant as expected. The noise from the traffic made it hard to sleep at night, so we didn't get the rest that we needed during our Easter break.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch and the staff is truly professional and accommodating. I also appreciated the fact that they accept credit card payments and offer air-conditioned rooms with hot water.
